Implementation of e-Visa

Hong Kong Immigration Department (IMMD) has implemented the “e-Visa” arrangement since 28 December 2021. Accordingly, the Immigration Department will cease issuing sticker-style labels for entry visa / permit and extension of stay, etc. The main objective is to enhance online services to facilitate applications for entry and post-entry to Hong Kong through Internet and mobile applications.
