Position 
Flex Box is looking for operational support staff for their sales teams. 
This is a full-time junior role with possibility of advancement to a sales position for the right candidates.

A Danish trading company with over 15 years of experience is the shipping container industry.

General requirements

• Must have high fluency in written and spoken English
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively and a problem solver
• Experience in data management or stockkeeping will be an advantage
• Works well in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to our sales teams which include the following on a daily basis
• Communicate with shipping lines and other stakeholders 
• Provide general admin support, including invoicing

Qualifications

• A business degree or diploma not strictly necessary but will be an advantage
